MRS. DORA ARNOLD DIES IN WILLIAMSBURG

Dora P. Harrison, daughter of Samuel and Lucy French Harrison, was born April 23, 1860, and died at the Baker Nursing Home in Mexico, Missouri, on October 12, 1955, at the age of 95 years.

She was united in marriage with John P. Arnold in the year of 1884. Mr. Arnold preceded her in death in 1930,

She leaves on daughter, Mrs. Caroline Weeks, and one grandson, John Arnold Weeks, both of the home in Williamsburg; also three brothers, Vick Harrison, of Mexico, Missouri and Y. A. and L----- Harrison of Montgomery City.

Three brothers and two sisters had preceded her in death.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. A. F. Larson of Fulton on Thursday, October 13th, at 2:00 p.m. in the Hopkins Funeral parlor. Interment was in Montgomery City Cemetery.

Mrs. Arnold spent her entire life in Williamsburg where she had many friends. She was always a faithful worker in her church and a good neighbor.

FUNERAL SERVICES HELD THURSDAY FOR MRS. DORA ARNOLD

Funeral services were held at Hopkins Funeral Home in Montgomery City Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock for Mrs. Dora Harrison Arnold, 95, of Williamsburg. The Rev. A. F. Larson of Fulton officiated. Interment was in the Montgomery City Cemetery.

Mrs. Arnold died Wednesday morning at 4:30 o'clock at the Baker Nursing Home in Mexico, Mo., after suffering a heart attack. She had been a patient thee since Sept. 1.

Born on April 23, 1860, she was the daughter of Samuel and Lucy French Harrison. In 1884, she married John Arnold. He died on March 1, 1930.

She joined the Liberty Christian Church at an early age, and transferred her membership from that church to the Antioch Church when she married.

Mrs. Arnold is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Caroline Weeks of Williamsburg; a grandson, John Arnold Weeks of Williamsburg; three brothers, Louis and Ab Harrison of Montgomery City and Dick Harrison of Mexico, Mo.; and a number of nieces and nephews. Two sisters and a brother preceded her in death.
