He was a son of the late Virgil L. and Mae Worley Robinson. Mr. Robinson was employed by Blue Ridge Paper with 43 years of service and was a member of Beaverdam United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Annette Ledford Robinson, two daughters and their husbands, Karon and Tim Mathews, and DeeAnna and Dean Russell, all of Canton, one son, Kevin Duane Robinson of Arizona, two sisters and their husbands, Carolyn and Bobby Ray Worley of Canton, June and James Causby of Enka, two brothers and their wives, James and Cheryl Robinson of Harrison, TN, Donald and Judie Robinson of Canton and 5 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2004 at the Canton Chapel of Wells Funeral Homes & Cremation Services. Reverend Naomi King and Reverend Darrell Webb will officiate. Burial will follow at Beaverdam Community Cemetery. Wells Funeral Home obit
