THE WARREN MAIL
DECEMBER 30, 1909.
WALTER GIBSON, son of Thomas Gibson, of Deerfield township, who was injured some time ago by a falling tree, died at the home of his father Monday, Dec. 20.
---------------
Believe it is possible that the date of death given on the Find A Grave memorial for Thomas Clyde Gibson of 17 Dec 1909 is incorrect. Also that the archived newspaper article incorrectly identifies the deceased as Walter. I have not been able to find a Walter Gibson being son of Thomas H. Gibson & Isabel (Slater) Gibson. - Dec. 17, 1909 is a Friday and Dec. 20, 1909 is a Monday. I suppose it depends on when the news of his death was reported.
