Garry Hinton, 47, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2010, at an Arlington hospital. Service: 3:30 p.m. Friday at Moore Funeral Home. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment: Moore Memorial Gardens. Garry was shot when someone tried to rob him over 13 years ago. The injury severed his spinal cord and left him a quadriplegic. Garry will be missed very much by his family and all of his many friends. We know he is in a much better place. The family would like to send a special thanks to all the doctors and nurses of Arlington Memorial Hospital. A very special thanks goes to the respiratory staff who have been so kind to him over the years. Survivors: Son, Sam Tombari Hinton of Spokane, Wash. Garry is the loving son of Del and Elizabeth Hinton of Arlington; and loving brother of Richard Hinton of Colleyville and sister Connie Hinton of Arlington.
