91 YEAR-OLD WOMAN DIES AT MORGANTON; LEFT 90 DESCENDANTS

Survived by 90 direct descendants , 91-year-old Mrs. Cynthia Linn, native and lifelong resident of Van Buren County, died at 8 o'clock Tuesday night at the home of a granddaughter, Mrs. Jim Leonard, near Gravesville, of a heart aliment and senility. She was a daughter of John P. and Nancy Parish, pioneers of Van Buren County, and was born at Morganton, February 15, 1856. She was the widow of George Washington Linn. Mrs. Linn was a Methodist.
Only one of her children, Mrs. Victoria Sneed of Bee Branch, survives her, but she leaves 22 grandchildren and 46 great grandchildren and 21 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were to be held Wednesday afternoon, March 12, at 3 o'clock by Rev. Bennie Jordan, her pastor, a ministerial student of Hendrix College. Burial in the Hardin Cemetery near Morganton. McNutt Funeral Home was in charge. Grandsons served as pallbearers.

Cintha was the daughter of John Peterson Parish and Nancy Tallant Parish.

Cyntha married George Washington Linn on March 07, 1875 in Van Buren Co., Arkansas.

1.Victoria Louvana Linn, b.January 09, 1877, d.March 06, 1924. Victoria married James H. "Jim" Sneed.
Victoria and Jim are interred at Fairbanks Cemetery, Fairbanks, Van Buren Co., Arkansas.

2.Charles O. "Charlie" Linn, b.September 03, 1878, d.1927. Charlie married Lucy Ann Hardin.
Charlie and Lucy are interred here at Hardin Cemetery.

3.Fannie Louisa Linn, b.September 09, 1880, d.March 08, 1945. Fannie married John W. Langrell.
Fannie and John are interred at Mulberry Cemetery, Lonoke Co., Arkansas.

4.Andrew Jackson Linn, b.December 02, 1885, d.December 09, 1936. Andrew married Ida Hardin.
Andrew and Ida are interred here at Hardin Cemetery.

5.Sallie May Linn, b.April 30, 1891, d.January 1919. Sallie married James Jackson Crump.
Sallie is interred here at Hardin Cemetery.
