Sara was married twice, first to Floyd Ellsworth Purvis May 1951 • Newark, Essex, New Jersey, USA and to this union they had at least two children Sharon Louise 1953 & Gary Arthur in 1954.

Later 19 May 1979 she remarried in Tarrant County, Texas, USA to Robert Boynton Gillmann

Sara M. Gillmann, 80, passed away Sunday, Sept. 19, 2010. Graveside service: 11 a.m. Wednesday in Laurel Land Memorial Park of Fort Worth. Visitation: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Laurel Land Funeral Home.
