Richard was survived by his daughter;
Nancy (Jackie) Cagle; sons, Jeff (Kim)
Shirley of Knoxville,Tn, Blake (Susan)
Shirley of Charlotte, North Carolina;
brother, Norman Shirley.
Grandchildren, Kate Cagle and Channing
Alexander Shirley;and special nephew,
Goron Shirley.
