The many friends here of the Hon. W. A. Russell, editor of the Palatka News, regret to learn that his mother, Mrs. John Russell, died last Saturday afternoon at her home in Detroit, Mich. Rev. and Mrs. John Russell spent several months here with their son two winters ago, and made many friends, but since that time they have both passed away.
