Mark Barbour officiating. Interment will be at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA, with full military honors. Mr. Simons is survived by his wife of 59 years, Ida Jean Simons of Marietta, GA; two sons, Larry Simons of Woodstock, GA, Gerry Simons & wife, Donna, of Coral Springs, FL; one brother, Judson Simons of Kirkwood, N.Y.; two grandchildren, Alison Simons, Sean Simons; nieces & nephews.
