Welma Smith of Pikeville passed away at
her home surrounded by her family Sunday,
September 12, 2010.
Wilma was member of the Pikeville the
Church of God.
She worked for BCHS for many years.
She was preceded in death by her parents,
Howard and Novella Bedwell;
brother, Jimmy Bedwell;sister, Carolyn
Walling and Mary Hancock.
She is survived and will be truly missed
by her husband, Donald Smith;sons,
George Smith of Dayton, Jeff (Kathy)
Smith and Darrell(Veronica)Smith,both of
Pikeville;daughter Patsy ((Don)Daniel of
Pikeville;brothers, Samuel (Mona)Bedwell,
Crossville,Tn.Roger Bedwell of Pikeville;
sister, Dorothy (Dwayne)Angel,Susie(Melvin)
Davidson,both of Pikeville and Betty Brewer
of Dunlap,Tennessee.
Nine grandchildren; two gr.grandchildren;
several nieces and nephews and many dear
friends. A celebration of Wilma's life will
be held in the chapel of Pikeville Funeral
Home at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept.15,2010.
