Miss Mary J Hamilton, aged 83, died at her home at Thomas' Ridge yesterday morning at 8 o'clock after a lingering illness. She made her home with her two nieces, Misses Lula and Blanche Morrell She is survived by her sister, Mrs. Margaret Morrell, of Thomas' Bridge. She was a sister of the late J. P. Hamilton who died a few weeks ago.
The funeral will be conducted this morning at 10 o'clock from the Elizabethton Chapel by Rev. H. S. Johnson, pastor of the Methodist Church at Bluff City.
