Harley Rathwell Edwards was born on April 06, 1908, in Oberlin, Lorain County, OH. He married Geraldine Walker, July 18, 1931. He retired as a full-time fire fighter June 30, 1970. He died in March 1974, in Avon Lake, Lorain County, OH. He was the father of two children: Patricia Jane and Neil Harley. At the time of his death, he had 13 grandchildren. He was preceeded in death by his wife, Geraldine Walker,his parents Charles Pliny Edwards and Eliza Jane Rathwell Edwards, and one grandchild, Patrick Edwards Maher, son of William Paul Maher and Patricia Jane Edwards Maher.

Harley had one other sibling, Grace Harriet Edwards Parker. I cannot add her to his list of siblings, because her contributor will not give me the information, nor add her to this list themself.
