Ulman Woodrow "Toby" NEELY was my dad. His parents were Benjamin Franklin and Evaline Matilda (LITTLE) NEELY. They lived in Paden, OK in Okfuskee County. His dad (Ben) died in 1932 and his mother (Eva) died in 1936. My dad and his brother went into the Civilian Conservation Corps. He married my mom in 1946 in Las Vegas, NV (Clark Co.) they lived in Loma Linda, CA and Highland, CA. Served with the AAF "Old 79th" Service Group in WWII. Deacon for over 20 years with the First Southern Baptist Church on Victoria Avenue in Highland, CA. Two children: Michael Woodrow Neely and Jo Anne (Neely) Gomez.
