St. Monticello, died at 11:55
a.m. Tuesday at White County
Memorial Hospital.
She had been a patient there
three days.
Born Nov. 19. 1895, in White
County, she was the daughter of
Samuel and Ida Belle Stangle
Grassmyer. She was married
April 23. 1917, to Theodore J.
Gramkow who died March 4, 1948.
A Monticello resident most of
her life, she worked for over 20
years as a cook at Lincoln
Junior High School here. She
was a member of Monticello
United Methodist Church and
the United Methodist Women of
the church.
Surviving are four daughters.
Mrs. Delia Randall. Sand
Springs, Okla,; Mrs. Cora
Myers and Mrs. Mary
Stankard, both of Delphi: and
Mrs. Anna Lane, Monticello;
two sons. Everett, Kenosha.
Wisc., and Dale, Monticello:
one sister, Mrs. Sylvia Hann.
Lafayette; one brother, Walter
Grassmyer, Idaville; 11
grandchildren and 13 greatgrandchildren.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m.
Friday at the Miller-Voorhis
Funeral Home, the Rev. Edwin
H. Helm officiating. Burial will
be in Riverview Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 to 9
p.m. Thursday.

Goldie was the mother of Melvin Burdell, Della Louise (Randall), Cora Belle (Kelley), Geneva Mae, Everett Harold, Dale Edward, Samuel Joseph, Mary Francis (Stankard) and Anna Irene (Gramkow) Lane.
