A native of Dothan, AL., Mrs. Turner attended nursing school and later was employed by the Martin Company (Lockheed-Martin) during World War II. She was a member of Northside Drive Baptist Church.
Mrs. Turner was preceded in death by her first husband Carl B. Tracy. She is survived by her husband L. Cecil Turner; daughter Mary Elizabeth Ellard, D.V.M. of Atlanta; son Stephen A. Tracy of Atlanta; sister Jewel Sconyers and her brother James Adcock, both of Dothan, AL.
