MANCHESTER
The death angel on it's destroying tour, visited at the Hartz family last week, taking away the head of the family, after about a four week illness.
He died Tuesday last week at the age of __ years and 5 months.
By the way his neighbors and friends turned out for the funeral it showed the high esteem he was held in among them.
The deceased was born in Norway, also where he married to his surviving wife. They emigrated in 1870 and have resided in this town ever since. They have eleven children and all are alive. They were in attendance in his late illness.
Four are whom married, the youngest is about 10 years old.
All deeply mourn the loss of a good father and husband.
The family's loss is his gain, and so all is well. The bereaved family has the fullest sympathy of all.
