She was born Jan. 25, 1951 to the late Robert and LaVerne Rose Purdue. On July 18, 1970, she married Michael A. Strauch. He survives.
Also surviving are 3 children, Steven Strauch (wife: Bristel) of Lafayette, Eric Strauch (fiancée: Kari Dodge) of Fort Myers, Fl. and Adrienne Albregts (husband: Shane) of Austin, Texas; a sister, Sharon Bridge of Logansport and 3 grandchildren, Alexandria, Morgan and Adison Strauch.
