HENRY KIMSEY
Henry Kimsey, 63, who resides with his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. James Cable in 118 Snyder street, was pronounced dead upon arrival at Connellsville State Hospital at 5 o'clock this morning. Hi death was attributed to a heart attack.
Mr. Kimsey was born December 4, 1884, in Turtletown, Tenn., a son of the late Walter Scott and Harriett Kimsey and came to Connellsville in 1927. He was employed at the Vang Crushed Stone Company at Casparis until December, 1947 when it ceased operations.
A member of the First Baptist Church, he was also a member of the men's Bible Class there. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Bessie Louise Kimsey; five children, Mark D., Mrs. Mae Meckes and Mrs. Bertha Cable, all of Connellsville, Miss June Kimsey at home, and Mrs. Edward Ulery at San Antonio, Tex.; seven grandchildren and three brothers, Quince, Samuel and Scott Kimsey of Turtletown.
The body will be at the Charles A. McCormick funeral home from 7 o'clock tonight until 4 o'clock Friday afternoon when it will be removed to Turtletown for the funeral service and burial.
