Doris is my Aunt.

The youngest of two daughters born to William Milton and Lena May (Teckenbrock) Mosier of Indianapolis, Marion Co IN, Doris married Verle Eugene Warfield on 19 Jun 1941 in Indianapolis, Marion Co IN.

Doris was the most loving and gentle woman I have ever known. She was soft-spoken and sweet. She and Uncle Verle were very much in love. Uncle Verle took ill and was being cared for by his oldest daughter, a nurse, when Aunt Doris became ill as well. The two shared a room at the hospital, enjoying occasional meals together when they felt up to it. Sadly, Doris' heart began to fail. Aunt Doris and Uncle Verle were married 69 years.

Doris was preceded in death by daughter Verlee and sister May.
