Services for Myra Marie Holmes, 93, formerly of 419 E. Boone St., who died Feb. 12m of natural causes at the Marshall County Care Facility, will be Friday at 1 p.m. at the Estel-Perrin-Avey Funeral Home. The Rev. Je3ffery Caswell of Central Christian Church will officiate with burial in Riverside CFemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. this Thursday. A memorial fund is being established.
She was born June 3, 1897 in Iowa City, the daughter of Henry and Hennrieta Bence Fickes. She received her education in the area of her birth and the Belle Plaine School District. She was a member of the Christian Church.
Surviving are a son, John Warmouth of Channahon, Ill., and a granddaughter, Tonna Serett of Lawrenceburg, Tenn.
Preceding her in death were a son, two brothers, three swisters and her two husbands.
