Ashville, Feb. 4.---Mr. B. C. Trexler, who died here yesterday, was buried this afternoon at Riverside Cemetery. The funeral services were conducted from the residence and were attended by many friends of the family. Mr. Trexler was 74 years of age; was a veteran of the civil war, having served throughout that struggle in the Confederate army, and had been a resident of Ashville for more than forty years. He had been in ill health for a number of months and the news of his death came as no surprise to his friends here. Mr. Trexler had been identified with the business interests of Ashville for a number of years and was held in high respect.
