Harry J. Parnell, well-known Elmsford G.A.R. man, died yesterday. He was 73 years old and lived in that village a number of years. He was born in England and came to this country when young. Funeral services will be held at Elmsford Thursday afternoon at two o'clock, the Rev. A.V.S. Wallace officiating. The interment will be in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
