Lawrence (Larry) married Mary Louise (Mickey) Decker in Reno, Nev April 27, 1958.
Larry and Mickey operated Larry's Trees, Unlimited, which specialized in transplanting trees throughout California.
They had no children, however, they reared his son Larry, Jr., by a previous marriage.
Mary died December 22 1990 in Sacramento., Ca.

Beloved father of Donna Webb of Alturas, Phillip Ackley of Chester, Karen Anderson of Folsom, Larry Northrup of Sacramento, Ron and Jaime Northrup, Chris Hutchinson and Catherine Northrup, all of Wilton. Also survived by 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 2 brothers and 4 sisters. A resident of the Sacramento/Wilton area all his life, Larry was a devoted member of the General Assembly of the Church of the Firstborn, aged 69 years. Friends may call for visitation, Monday 12:00 Noon Till 8:00 P.M. and are welcome to attend the funeral service Tuesday, February 20, at 11:00 A.M. in ELK GROVE FUNERAL CHAPEL 9101 Elk Grove Blvd. in Elk Grove, 686-1888.
