JOHANNA D. JACKSON, 85, of Fort Wayne, died Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2008, at Parkview Hospital. Born July 16, 1923, in Marburg, Germany, she was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church. She retired from A & P and Red Lobster.
Surviving are her daughter, Shirley Bay of Fort Wayne; brother, Karl Heinz of Germany; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil M., in 2000; and two sons, Melvin and James.
