Clarence Everett Sinkhorn Jr. was born on Aug. 18, 1930 in Junction City, Boyle Co., Kentucky. He was the son of Clarence Everett Sinkhorn Sr. (1905-1983) and Nannie Leora Mounce (1905-1940).

His father, Clarence Sr., was born in Boyle Co., KY and died in Dayton, Ohio. He was the son of William Robert "Pete" Sinkhorn (1878-1951) and Susan Ellen "Susie" Brooks (1873-1948).

Everett's mother, Leora, was born in Lincoln Co., KY, and died in Danville, Boyle Co., KY. She was the daughter of John T. Mounce (1880-1956) and Mattie Ethel Rice (1874- ?).

On Mar. 13, 1952, Everett joined the US Army and served his country three years.

His first wife was Eula Vivian Minor (1928-1992). Born in Lee County, Virginia, she was the daughter of Isaiah Wesley Burchett (1889-1955) and Mary Margaret "Maggie" Minor (1892-1966). Eula's father was born in Jonesville, Lee Co., VA and her mother in Hancock Co., Tennessee.

After Eula's death, Everett married Atlanta Rose "Rosie" Stephens (1936-2018), on Sept. 10, 1992 in Boyle Co., KY. She was the daughter of Edward Jackson Stephens (1910-1996) and Nellie B. Wilson (1916-1995).

They had been married less than a year when Everett died in 1993 at the age of 62. Cause of death was lung cancer. He is buried in the Wilson Cemetery on White Oak Road near Junction City, KY.

Everett's second wife, Rosie, died on Mar. 16, 2018 at her home just outside Junction City, KY. She was 81. Rosie is buried next to Everett in the Wilson Cemetery, just up the road from her home. The little family cemetery is situated on a hill just behind where her grandparent's home used to stand and where her grandfather's little store (Pine Grove Grocery) was located.
