JUNCTION CITY — Guyla Richardson Carey, 40, of Lancaster died Sunday.
Born March 11, 1970, in Danville, she was the daughter of Barbara Richardson Herring Mason and her stepfather, J.C. "Tudor" Mason of Junction.
Survivors include her husband, Tom Carey Jr.; her children, Amber (Kenneth) Atkinson, Heather (Marvin Eldridge) Simpson and Matt Harvey Simpson; two grandchildren, Kai and Ace; nieces, Savannah Hodge and Baylea Reynolds; two sisters, Cassandra Herring and Diana (Artis) George; and a brother, Christopher Allen Herring.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the Wesleyan Church. Burial will be in Wilson-Fairview Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Wednesday at Stith Funeral Home and Family Center, Junction City.
