Jack was born July 24, 1931 in Atlanta, GA, son of the late Walter T. and Odessa Haygood Airheart.
Jack retired as Owner/Operator of Airheart Drug Store. He was an Army veteran having served during the Korean War. He was a member of the Rotary Club, a lifelong Boy Scout supporter, a board member of the Coltrane Life Center and was a member of First Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Jane Walter Airheart; daughter, Jan A. Graham of Concord; sons, Jeff Airheart, Joe Airheart, John Airheart and Josh Airheart, all of Concord; grandchildren, Tyler, Hillary, Jessica, Alaina, Kyle, Hayden and Wilson Airheart and Cade Graham; niece, Janet Airheart of San Antonio, TX; cousins, Leslie Sardinia and Laura Byrd of Miami, FL.
