Funeral service for Nathaniel Jennings who passed away June 18, 2010 will be held 11 A.M. Saturday, June 26, 2010 in St. Paul United Methodist Church 8264 Lone Star Rd. A native of Jacksonville Mr. Jennings was a graduate of Matthew W. Gilbert class of 1960. He also served in the United States Navy. He is survived by a loving wife Alethia, daughter- Natalyn Jennings and son Theodore Lenonard Jr. (Jackie) mother in law- Willie Mae Kemp- Jackson, 3 grandchildren, Sisters Beverley Watson, Sheryl Wilson, Juanita Allen, Brothers Rev. James Jennings and Louis Wilson (Shirley) Brothers in law Evander Collier, CharlesKemp (Jessie) Dr. Kenneth Atkins, Sisters in law Brenda Altson, Linda McClendon, Aunt Jaratha Pollard, nieces, nephews, and cousins and a host of other relatives and many friends. Mr. Jennings remains will rest in the mortuary for visitation of friends Friday, June 25, 2010 from 5pm until 7pm. Saturday in the church 9am until 10am interment Jacksonville National Cemetery. Arrangements by Phillips Mortuary 4815 Ave. B. The funeral cortege will assemble at the church 10:45 am.
