Bonnie Jeanette Young, 70, of Apison, TN, died on Wednesday, June 23, 2010 in a local health care facility.
Mrs. Young was retired from Nutone. She was a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bryan and Earshie Fannin, her husband, William C. Young in 2009, sister, Irene Bowman, and brother, James Fannin.
She is survived by her children, Tina (Buddy) Bates, Emma Jeanne Young, Richard (Kathy) Young; sister, Clara Moore; Brother, Bob Fannin; grandchildren, Brittany Bates, Kyle Bates, Jamie Cox, Zach Young, and Sarah Jane Young.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 25, 2010 at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Flood and Kenneth Pitts officiating.
Interment will follow in the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4 - 8 p.m. on Thursday, June 24, 2010 at Heritage Funeral Home, 7454 E. Brainerd Road, Chattanooga, TN 37421.
