Cheryl Krista "Kristie" Hodge, 49, passed away Aug. 1, 2006.
Originally from Odum, she was a member of Odum Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, Richard D. "Buster" Hodge.
Survivors include her mother, Olene K. Hodge; two sisters, Sherry O'Gorman of Brunswick and Donna H. Cathey of Jesup; three nieces, Lynn Latchford of New Jersey, Kathy Mjelde of Virginia and Jamie Lott of Statesboro; two nephews, Ben Cathey of Jesup and Michael O'Gorman of North Carolina; and several aunts, uncles, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
A memorial will be held Aug. 13 at 3:30 p.m. at Odum Baptist Church with the Rev. Carl Ledbetter officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in memory of Kristie to Hospice of South Georgia, 117 Drennon Drive, Jesup, GA 31545.
