Mr. Kimsey Banks, 70 of Rymer Spur, Chatsworth died Sunday, May 14, 2000 at his residence.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Amany Banks; brothers, Ira Banks, Mark Banks and sisters, Ollie Bauldwin and Honer Calloway.
Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Tommy and Cathy Banks, and Jackie and Debbie Banks all of Calhoun; grandchildren, Candy Smith of Ranger and Jason Banks, Nicole Sikes, Kim Banks, and Brian Banks, all of Calhoun; two great-grandchildren; brother, Henry Banks of Chatsworth and Jessie Banks of Calhoun; a sister, Jewel Wilson of Ranger, a special nephew, N.B. Banks of Chatsworth; and nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be Wednesday, May 17 at Hopewell Baptist Church in Gordon County, with Rev. Jimmie Timms officiating. Burial will follow in Haven of Rest Cemetery in Gordon County.
Peeples Funeral Home of Chatsworth is in charge of arrangements.
