Clarence Baily
Clarence(Bud)Baily, 64, of 482 Ohio Ave., died suddenly of complications at 6 p.m. Sunday at the Central Clinic where he was admitted Sunday morning. He had been in failing health a year.
Born in Salem, Dec. 29 1891, he was the son of Allen and Lilly Randolph Baily. He married Edith Rose Betts Oct.22, 1913.
A resident here his entire life, he was employed 38 years as a lathe operator at the Deming Pump Co.
Besides his wife, he leaves two sons, Lindley Baily of Minerva and Clyde Baily of Salem; four grandchildren; and a brother, Lindley of Salem.
Services will be held at 2 p.n. Wednesday athe Arbaugh-Pearce Funeral Home, with Rev. William Snowball, pastor of the First Methodist Church officiation. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday evening.
