Mrs. Dulin was a native of Gaston County, N.C., she was born Feb. 8, 1921 to the late Wesley William and Emma Wyatt Howell. She retired from Celanese Corporation, Rock Hill, S.C., and had worked for the U.S. Rubber Company Shell Plant in Charlotte, N.C., during World War II. She was a member of Bowling Green Presbyterian Church.

Survivors are her husband of 67 years, Newton Blair Dulin Jr. of Clover; three daughters, Myra Spurrier and her husband, Mack of Clover, Barbara Faye Cloaninger, widow of Jimmy H. Cloaninger, of York, S.C. and Jeannie Reiss and her husband, Jan of Charlotte; one son, Michael Dulin and his wife, Rita of Clover; one sister, Mildred Falls of Clover; four grandchildren, Mack Spurrier Jr., Wesley Spurrier, Terri Decker, and Tommy McCall Jr.; five great-grandchildren, Stewart McCall, Ben McCall, Charlotte Spurrier, Tara Decker and Jan Katherine Barnhill.

The family would like to express their appreciation to Mrs. Dulin's caregivers, Rosa McClure, Jane McLamb, Bonnie McElveen and the staff of Hospice and Community Care.
