Fletcher Anderson, 64, of McMinnville, TN, passed away Oct. 2, 2001. Funeral
services will be conducted today, Oct. 19, at 1 p.m. from the chapel of Goff
Funeral Home in Monterey, with interment in Smith Chapel Cemetery in
Cumberland County. The Rev. Steve Looper will officiate, with special music
by Mr. Anderson's nephew and nieces, The Randolphs.
Mr. Anderson was born June 28, 1934, in Glade Creek, TN, the son of Barlow
and Mary Foust Anderson.
He was a member of Smith Chapel Freewill Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Anna Jewell Eldridge Anderson of Monterey;
daughters, Glenda Bilbrey, Karen Latham, Janice Anderson and Rita Nugent,
all of Monterey; sisters, Ruby Randolph of Smith Chapel, Selah McCormick of
Caryville, TN, and Nina England of Anderson, IN; nine grandchildren; and two
great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Robert Anderson, Vernon Anderson
and Joseph Anderson.
