TIPP CITY--Charles Hoover, 79, retired railroad section foreman, died Saturday morning at Good Samaritan hospital in Dayton. He resided in Ginghamsburg, R.R. 2, Tipp City, all his life.
Survived by his wife, Lulu; four daughters, Mrs. Treva Clemmons of New Carlisle, Mrs. Neva Hoffman of Miamisburg, Mrs. Catherine Dye of Tipp City and Mrs. Roberta Mikolajewski of Piqua; a son, Victor of West Milton; three sisters, Mrs. Effie Wentzel, Mrs. Lydia Wells and Mrs. Viola Blackwell, all of Dayton; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Ginghamsburg EUB church. The Rev. C. Smith will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Hill cemetery.
Friends may call at the residence in Ginghamsburg after 6 p.m. Sunday.
