Harold Lloyd Litsey, age 69, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Saturday, (May 8, 2010) at the Grayson Manor Nursing Home in Leitchfield, KY.
He was born on April 18, 1941 in Adair County, KY, the son of the late Ted and Minnie Aldridge Litsey. He was US Army Veteran, a construction worker and an eight year member of WJCR.
He is survived by one daughter, Jeanene Elmore (Thomas) of Leitchfield, two grandchildren, Hannah and James Elmore, three sisters, Virgie Marie Langford of Lewistown, Mt, Emily Pospisil of Leonard TX and Nina Jones of Louisville, KY and his former spouse, Imogene Litsey. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sylvia Litsey and one sister, Lucille Litsey.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday (May 11, 2010) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bros. Don Powell Jr, Warren Traylor and Donald Farris will be officiating. Burial with Military Honors will be in the Leitchfield Memory Gardens.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 11:00 a.m. To 9:00 p.m. Monday and from 9:00 a.m. Tuesday until time of services.
