Sandra K. Gulden nee Hensler
Age 63, passed away suddenly February 13, 2001.
A 34 year resident of Romeoville, formerly of Lockport. Former Mayor of Romeoville 1993 to 1997. Also the past president of the Romeoville Chamber of Commerce, the owner of the Romeoville Letter Shop, Beacon Realty and The Sun Valley Tanning Salon. She was the past president of the St. Andrew CCW and the chairman of St. Andrew Bingo. She retired in 2000 as a warehouse supervisor at Echo Industries giving many years of service.
She is survived by her loving husband Rodger Gulden. Devoted mother of Cary (James) Love, Stephen (Sharon) Gulden and Andrew Gulden. Sister of Paul Hensler, Frank (Jimmie) Hensler, Gary Hensler, Steven (Barb) Hensler and Vicki Hensler. Grandmother of Ryan, Dominick and Stephanie.
She is preceded in death by her parents Nelson and Helen Hensler. Also two sisters Shirley and Yvonne.
Family will receive friends at the Anderson Memorial Chapel, 606 Town hall Dr. in Romeoville, Friday, 1 to 9 PM. Funeral Saturday, 9 AM from the funeral home chapel to St. Andrew Catholic Church for a 9:30 AM Mass of Christian Burial. Interment to follow Resurrection Catholic Cemetery in Romeoville. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Will County Humane Society, 24109 W. Seil Rd. Channahon, IL 60410, would be preferred.
