She was the wife of the late Moody Hall Crawford and the daughter of the late Cliff W. King and Ina Ora Sammons King.

She was retired from Appleton Mills as a weaver with thirty-seven years of service. She was a member of Burdine Road Church of God.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Dennis Hall Crawford; four brothers, George, Plummer, Farris and Billy Joe King; a sister, Mildred Payne and a grandson, Marshall Lamar Crawford.
