FATAL SHOOTING BY A 4-YEAR OLD BOY--HE FINDS A REVOLVER, PULLS THE TRIGGER AND HITS HIS BABY SISTER IN THE HEAD.
A most distressing accident occurred Wednesday forenoon when a 4-year-old son of Fred Barnhart picked up a pistol and snapped it at his 6 months old sister. It was discharged, the bullet striking the baby between the eyes, death resulting soon afterward.
The father, a railway engineer was away on his run when the deplorable accident occurred and mother was prostrated. The home is on lower Ruby Street.
