Mrs. Estella Carland 73, died in an Asheville hospital at 3:30p.m. yesterday( 1/20/1955) following a long illness. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Faye Ledford and Mrs. Alfreda Matthews. four sons, Kenneth, Harry, Wayne, Ralph Carland and one adopted son Donald Mills. One sister Mrs. Daisy Swanger, two brothers Awyer Jamison and Clyde Jamison. 10 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
