Viola E. (Foreman) Myers, age 73, a resident of Decatur, Indiana passed away Monday May 31, 1993 in the Lutheran Hospital, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was born on April 10, 1920 in Summitville, IN. a daughter of Dewey Abner and Lessie (Rudy) Foreman. On July 22, 1939 she was married to Ralph E. Myers in Fort Wayne, IN. Mrs. Myers was a homemaker. She formerly lived in Fremont, IN. and Fort Wayne, IN.
She is survived by her husband Ralph E. Myers, an inpatient at the Veterans Hospital in Marion, IN; two sons, Thomas A. "Tom" (Abbie) Myers, of Decatur, IN. and Brad L. (Karen) Myers of Fort Wayne. IN. one brother Dewey Abner Foreman, JR. of Decatur, IN.; five grandchildren; Mark W. (Melanie) Myers; Cathay K. (Steve) Stoiche); Brian L. Myers; Dawn A. (Bill) Bier; and Tim S. Myers; three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her infant sister Violet M. Foreman, brothers, Earl L. Foreman, Herschel S. Foreman, and her parents.
Funeral services were conducted by the D. O. McComb & Sons Funeral Home in Fort Wayne, IN. Burial was in the Lindenwood Cemetery (Garden of Prayer) in Fort Wayne, IN.
