Miriam Williamson Minshew, 88, of 9608 Hawley Road, Kenly died peacefully at home on Wednesday, March 31, 2010. Graveside service will be held in Maplewood Cemetery on Friday, April 2, 2010, at 2 p.m.
She is survived by her son, Roney G. Minshew and fiancé, Sandra C. Collins, of Kenly: stepson, David E. Minshew of Mooresville; one sister, Josephine W. Liles of Raleigh; and one granddaughter, Julia Rose Fielding and husband, Marcus.
The family will receive friends on Thursday evening at Shingleton Funeral Home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and other times at the residence.
