Born in Greenville, he was a son of the late James C. and Annie Mae Hardin Few.
Mr. Few is survived by his loving spouse of 45 years, Dorothy Jones; two daughters, Wanda Masengale and Ann Wilson; two brothers, James T. Few and Paul Few (Virginia); two sisters, Morene Henson and Pat Stokes (Lavoy); and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Ruth Avanelle Crocker.
Visitation will be Tuesday, March 16, 2010, from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest.
The funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 in the Remembrance Chapel of Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum.
The family will be at the home of his brother, Paul Few, 1897 Lake Cunningham Road, Greer, SC, 29651.
