Peter Cline, Jehovah witnesses minister, will officiate. Burial will be in Colorado City Cemetery.
Born May 27, 1895 in DeQueen, Ark., he married Clara Lillian Golden at DeQueen. She died in May 1963. He later married Madge Doss in 1964 in Colorado City. Mr. Barr was a veteran of World War I and had lived in Colorado City since 1927.
Survivors include his widow; three daughters, Bernice Walker, Lillian Alexander and Margaret Brown, all of Colorado City; three sons, Robert Barr of Hobbs, N.M., Lloyd Barr of Colorado City and Floyd Barr of Odessa; two sisters, Mrs. Phil Ray of San Benito and Dorothy Bell of Little Rock, Ark.; two brothers, Buell Barr and Autrey Barr, both of Long Beach, Calif.; 17 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
