JUANITA VAN COUCH, 58, of Memphis, died Sunday at her residence. Services will be at noon today at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery East. She was the widow of Norman Couch. She leaves a daughter, Cindy Chalk of Bartlett; two sons, Kent Couch and Mike Couch, both of Memphis; a sister, Jackie Harrison of Newbern, Tenn., and four grandchildren.
