Lovina Erwin Hughes was the daughter of Thomas and Elizabeth Williams Hughes. Her parents moved to Indiana where she met and married John Buckles, 31 JAN 1829. She had six children. She died at Portage Prairie Twp., St. Joseph County, IN.
