A St. Augustine antique dealer for more than 25 years. A hobby that turned into a profession with her first shop in Elkton, Md. Two other shops followed, Chesapeake City, Md., and Blue Max Antiques in St. Augustine.

Mrs Hunter had a lifelong interest in historic architecture. She restored four Civil War-era buildings in Maryland and eventually served two terms as a member of the St. Augustine Historic Architectural Review Board.
