Anthony William Acevedo, 43 years of age, died Tuesday, December 15, 2009, in his sleep. He worked as a high-rise window cleaner and was born in Philadelphia. He is the son of Eileen(Matteson)Acevedo of Philadelphia(deceased) and Augstine "Stoney" and Nancy(Hellwig)Acevedo. Also survived by sisters, Lisa Fletcher and Melissa; brothers, Jimmy, Jason, John, Bang, Eagle, Hawk, Bear, Wolf, Coyote, and a brother Stoney(deceased).
Services will be held at Melber Funeral Home, 524 Center St., Jim Thorpe, Pa. Calling hours Friday 7-9 p. m. and Saturday 9-11 a. m. Service at 11 a. m. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
