He is survived by his wife, Edna Lee Shinn Wisner; 1 son, Robert Eugene Wisner of El Dorado Springs, Missouri; 3 daughters, Sharon Lucille LaRue of Clinton, Missouri, Lena Kay Dodds of El Dorado Springs, Missouri and 4 sisters, Lula May Eugene of Woodburn, Oregon, Twila D. Horn, Sandra Ketchum of St. David, Arizona and O'Dessie Peterson of Tyghvalley, Oregon
