He was buried Mar. 13, 1953 at St. Johns (Stone)Lutheran church near Auburn, Ne.
He married Aug. 25, 1928 to Freida Amelia Lampe.
They had 7 children.

He was baptized Aug. 6, 1907 and confirmed Mar. 20, 1921 both at Martin Luther Church, Johnson, NE. After marriage they lived on a farm 4 miles west and 1/2 mile south of the Martin Luther Church. In 1931, they moved to another farm where he lived when he died.
He died at the Meth. Hosp. in Omaha at the age of 45 years and 8 months. His father preceded him on Nov. 25, 1949.
Those left to mourn were his mother, his wife, his 7 children., Mrs. Owen Beehte of Steinauer, NE. and Ellen, Alvin, Deloris, Eileen, Leroy and Janice, all at home. 3 brothers, Harry, Herman and Albert; one sister, Mrs. Violet Whitten. and 2 grandchildren, Carolyn and Jeanette Beethe.
